Returns Eligibility
Due to the nature of pet wellness products, we do not accept returns on opened or used items.
You may be eligible for a return or refund if:

You received the wrong item
Your order was lost in transit
To be eligible, requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:

Refunds
If your request is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or send a replacement, depending on the situation.
Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after approval, though your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.
If you received an incorrect or damaged item, we’ll happily send a replacement at no additional cost.

We are unable to offer refunds based on individual pet sensitivity, preference, or results. We always recommend reviewing ingredients and consulting your veterinarian if your pet has known allergies or health concerns.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

A brief description of the issue
Clear photos of the item and packaging
This helps us resolve the issue quickly and fairly.
Lost Packages
If your order is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will offer a replacement or refund, depending on availability and your preference.
